CNC machining is computer-controlled shaping of glass panels: drilling holes for point-fixed facade hardware, cutting notches around structural elements, and milling profiles that a standard straight cut cannot produce. Facade and balcony systems commonly specify hole patterns for fittings, and getting hole position and diameter right before tempering is critical, because tempered glass cannot be drilled or reshaped after processing without breaking it.
