Company history
Two decades of continuous production in Çatalca
KH Glass Group was founded in 2002 as an architectural glass manufacturer and has operated continuously from Çatalca, Istanbul, since then. The facility now covers 17,000 m² of enclosed production space and employs more than 200 people across cutting, processing, and quality control functions. A commercial office in Nilüfer, Bursa, supports project and account management alongside the factory operation.
Over that period the company has scaled its output to an annual production capacity of 2,000,000 m² of processed glass. Production now reaches architects, facade contractors, and glass fabricators in more than 40 countries, including the United States and markets across Europe. That export footprint has shaped how the facility is run: process documentation, dimensional tolerances, and packaging are built around the requirements of international project shipments, not only domestic supply.
Integrated production
Every process stays inside one facility
KH Glass Group performs cutting, edge processing, CNC machining, digital printing, tempering, heat soak testing, lamination, insulated glass unit assembly, bonding, and frame fabrication (timber or metal) within its own facility. None of these ten processes is subcontracted to a third party.
For buyers, that has two practical effects. First, a single order line can move from raw glass to a finished, framed, or insulated unit without leaving the plant, which shortens lead time and removes coordination gaps between separate suppliers. Second, quality control applies to the same standard at every stage, since the facility that cuts the glass is also the facility that tempers, laminates, and assembles it. Project teams working from a technical specification deal with one point of accountability for the full production chain, from initial sizing through to a job-site-ready unit.
